Discover our new products - especially for industry! The safe storage and transportation of liquid hazardous materials is a major concern for many companies. An IBC container proves to be particularly practical for storing liquids such as chemicals, acids or alkalis. However, the proper handling of hazardous materials is still an unsolved issue for many. With our products, especially for the industrial sector, the safe handling of hazardous storage goods is made easier for you.
Suitable adapter for various vessels such as IBC containers, drums with bunghole and for corresponding canisters. The adapter is adapted from an S56x4 coarse thread (external thread) to a G2 inch internal thread (fine thread) in order to easily attach additional screw connections. The typical drum thread with S56x4 (also known as the "TriSure coarse thread") has always been used increasingly in the field of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). This thread is often used for bung openings in IBC lids. It is primarily used to screw on degassing valves or to attach riser pipes. With this adapter from S56x4 to G2" fine thread, almost any other screw connections, outlet taps, inlets or combinations can be implemented.
IBC Adapter for HT pipes DN50 - Ideal for full flow! Now work directly with your HT pipe system on the IBC with our new HT adapter for IBC containers. The adapter has the IBC-typical coarse thread S60x6 and is screwed directly onto the existing outlet tap.Continuing on, HT socket pipes can now be conveniently and quickly pushed on.The chamfer at the end of the socket makes it easier to push on the pipe. The length of the nozzle is 10cm - depending on the system, you can of course shorten the HT pipe adapter of the IBC.
IBC containers that find their primary use in industry are partly equipped with so-called "camlock valves". This quick-change system offers many advantages in production. However, when adapting to the IBC standard thread S60x6, problems often occur. Camlock valves have a short fine thread at the outlet to be closed with a screw cap, e.g. for transport. This fine thread is available in two different sizes, depending on the manufacturer: 2 inch or 2 1/8 inch. The difference is hardly to see and also only clear with exact measuring. This IBC adapter allows a thread change from 2 1/8 inch to the IBC thread S60x6, in order to be able to attach any other screw connections.
Our 1" ball valve with anti-rotation protection and a S60x6 coarse thread as tank-side connection for better emptying of the IBC container. The assembly to an already pre-assembled IBC outlet valve or replacement valve is made easier by the freely rotatable union nut and you can position the valve as desired. On the outlet side, the tap has a 1,25" hose nozzle to connect standard hoses to an IBC.The article consists of a PVC ball valve with EPDM gasket and a thread adapter with 1" fine thread (IG) to S60x6 coarse thread and PE foam gasket.
Our basic module DN40 of the tank connector set is ideally suited to connect two IBC containers standing next to each other. Both in the private and commercial sector, large quantities of reserves are necessary. With our set DN40 you can easily double the stored goods. This basic module has a camlock system (male and female coupling) as connection to the IBC tank. You do not need a sealant.Scope of delivery:2x Camlock male coupling2x Camlock female coupling1x T-piece DN50-DN25 stepped1x 2m hose DN406x Hose clampsDelivery WITHOUT pictured IBC tanks.Attention: In contrast to the tank connection basic module DN25, this set has NO additional stopcock!
This heating jacket especially for IBC containers is suitable for heating filling media quickly to 50-70 °C. Especially for media in applications such as production, a quickly available and constant heat is produced by means of a thermostat (0-90 °C).The jacket is made of high quality black nylon fabric on the outside and a high temperature resistant layer of silicone coated glass fibre fabric on the inside.Due to the flexible length adjustment, the heating jacket is suitable for IBCs with a circumference of 4060 to 4310 mm.Alternatively, the heating jacket can be used to heat multiple drums.Notes:When using, the manufacturer's specification for the maximum media temperature for the particular IBC must be checked. all temperatures given are for orientation onlythe achievable temperatures depend on many variables, such as the ambient temperature, the supply voltage, the medium, the material of the drum, the drum size, whether an agitator is used, etc.
An IBC heating mat is used to heat filling material by heating the mat between the IBC pallet and the inner container. However, as a cheaper alternative to heating jackets, a heating mat is somewhat more complex to install. This IBC heating mat works by means of about 27m long, silicone-coated heating wires which are aluminum-laminated on both sides. This results in optimal stability and heat distribution. The built-in thermostats prevent overheating. The control thermostat is used to heat the product to 60°C (ATTENTION: The surface temperature of the mat can be up to 90°C!) In case of malfunction or failure of the control thermostat, the limiter thermostat controls the heating and limits the heating of the product to a maximum of 70°C. It should be noted, however, that the effective heat development of the product depends on several factors. First and foremost, the nature of the product must be taken into account in terms of its heat transfer coefficient. The ambient temperature and the pallet type of the IBC in question also play an important role. Container pallets with a steel tray (top surface / contact surface of the pallet with the IBC liner) are more suitable than wooden or plastic pallets, as these reflect / dissipate heat more strongly and thus absorb less. IMPORTANT NOTES: IBC tank heating mats may only be operated with filled IBCs! DO NOT undertake a "dry test". This could damage the IBC inner tank or even cause it to melt. The heating mat must be mounted between the IBC bladder and the pallet, never on the side or on top of the IBC. In order to remove the inner container of the IBC tank from the grid body, the cross struts on top must first be unscrewed. This usually requires unscrewing four screws on the top of the IBC. After unscrewing, the struts can be pulled out sideways and the IBC bladder can be pulled out upwards. Tip: To pull the bladder out of the lattice box without outside help, the IBC tank can also be laid on its side. The IBC heating mat is then placed on the pallet and the cable is run out to the side. Then the assembly takes place with insertion of the inner tank and screwing of the cross struts. The heating mat has a Euro plug and it is mandatory to operate it on a connection with a residual current circuit breaker of 30mA and a circuit breaker 10A.Be sure to read and follow the supplied instructions for proper operation of the heating mat.
IBC tank feed-through for connecting HT pipes to the IBC container. This feed-through is perfect for connecting tank overflows to the water tank. On the outlet side, the feed-through has a DN50 HT spigot end,This allows standard HT pipes to be connected to the water tank quickly and tightly. The tank bushing has a gasket and a lock nut and must therefore be screwed / countered from the inside. The corresponding hole must be drilled on a flat area of the container and deburred cleanly to ensure tightness.
