IBC containers that find their primary use in industry are partly equipped with so-called "camlock valves". This quick-change system offers many advantages in production.
However, when adapting to the IBC standard thread S60x6, problems often occur.
Camlock valves have a short fine thread at the outlet to be closed with a screw cap, e.g. for transport.
This fine thread is available in two different sizes, depending on the manufacturer: 2 inch or 2 1/8 inch. The difference is hardly to see and also only clear with exact measuring.
This IBC adapter allows a thread change from 2 1/8 inch to the IBC thread S60x6, in order to be able to attach any other screw connections.
