For a large flow rate and at the same time controlled withdrawal from the IBC tank, our IBC outlet nozzle is ideally suited. The outlet nozzle is angled at 45° and is mounted directly on the already screwed IBC outlet valve. It has as connection dimension a coarse thread - internal thread S60x6 and on the outlet side it has a coarse thread - external thread S60x6. Attention: Please do not connect hoses to our outlet nozzles. Due to the weight of the hoses and the load of the filling material, it can break quickly.

For the connection of hoses to an IBC tank you should use special hose adapters.

It is angled at 45°.Please note: No hoses should be connected to the outlet nozzle, as they can break quickly due to the weight of the hose and the load of the filling material.

Spouts for your IBC tank
The IBC container is a true all-rounder for the storage and transportation of a wide variety of liquids. Acids, alkalis, food or water - the practical container can hold almost all liquids. That's why it's hard to imagine industry or agriculture without this tank.
But the intermediate bulk container is also ideal for private use, for example when it comes to watering your own garden. Especially in the summer months, when water is scarce and should only be used with caution, the container is invaluable. You can store up to 1000 liters of rainwater in it and use it for watering.
As soon as it is time to take the liquid out of your rain barrel, you will need a nozzle. The nozzle is an important tool for removing the liquid from the tank easily and in a controlled manner.
What is a nozzle?
A nozzle is a fixed component of the tank bladder of an IBC. It is located on the narrow side of the water tank - a so-called outlet tap is mounted on it, through which the tank bladder can be emptied.
However, the existing standard tap is often not sufficient, which is why the outlet tap can be removed from the nozzle and replaced. As the spout is firmly connected to the tank bladder, it is very robust and can withstand even the heaviest loads.

IBC outlet tap
With the help of the outlet tap, you can control the liquid withdrawal in a targeted manner. There are basically two different types of outlet taps: the IBC butterfly valve and the IBC ball valve. The ball valve has the advantage over the flap valve that it is more leak-proof. As the outlet taps are subject to heavy use, they must be replaced regularly.
