For a large flow rate and at the same time controlled withdrawal from the IBC tank, our IBC outlet nozzle is ideally suited. The outlet nozzle is angled at 45° and is mounted directly on the already screwed IBC outlet valve. It has as connection dimension a coarse thread - internal thread S60x6 and on the outlet side it has a coarse thread - external thread S60x6. Attention: Please do not connect hoses to our outlet nozzles. Due to the weight of the hoses and the load of the filling material, it can break quickly.

This is a consumable item. The cover is not permanently UV-resistant and is only suitable for transport and short-term storage. The IBC Thermo-Cover offers several advantages:Reflection of sunlightReduces air exchangeReduces short term temperature fluctuations (extreme heat / cold)High quality fabric sewn edges (not glued!)Cover opening removable with Velcro (fits up to DN225)Valve opening removable by means of VelcroComplete front side can be folded upwards, by means of Velcro fasteners on the sides
Our printed IBC design cover visually enhances your IBC tank while protecting the contents from algae build-up and preventing cloudiness and brittleness of the IBC inner tank. There is a full length velcro closure on the front to allow continued access to the IBC valve. There is no pre-cut opening for the lid on the top. However, this can be cut out independently. The cover is folded for shipping and there may be some small breaks in the printed image, but these are only noticeable from a very short distance.
We always recommend venting IBC containers! But especially when IBC tanks are stacked and connected by a tank connection set, venting of the container below is advisable. But why do I need a vent for stacked IBC tanks? - We enlighten you!1. If you stack several IBC tanks and connect them with each other, the lid of the IBC below must in any case be sealed water- or air-tight! If this is not the case, as soon as the maximum filling level has been reached, the water will leak through the lid at the top of the IBC. This case also occurs with vented lids, since water can escape from the vent as well as air.2. If the lid on the IBC container is now closed watertight or airtight, the air is consequently held in the IBC inner container and a counterpressure is formed to the inflowing water. When the two stacked IBC tanks are connected to each other via the valves attached to the tap, the inflowing water prevents the air from escaping from the tank connection. As the process continues, the internal pressure of the air bubble of the lower IBC container becomes at least as great as the water pressure of the inflowing water. Therefore no more water can flow in afterwards and the lower tank can be damaged. The solution: Our tank venting set!You mount a tank feedthrough at the top of the lower IBC container and connect a vent hose to it with the help of a cable tie. You attach the hose to the upper IBC tank (see illustration!). By mounting the venting hose, the air can escape first. If the maximum filling level is now reached in the lower IBC container, the water in the hose starts to rise. Thus, you can fill both IBC tanks to the maximum without any problems.Scope of delivery:1x 2m hose 0,75" (~20mm)1x 90° tank bushing with hose nozzle 0,75" (~20mm), gasket and 0,75" lock nut2x cable tie
IBC ball valve made of metal with a fixed connection nut S60x6 (2" / DN50) for connection to corresponding IBC taps.At the outlet of the metal ball valve is a 0.75" (approx. 19-20mm / 0.75-0.79") hose nozzle, which can also be removed if desired. The supplied hose nozzle is screwed to the IBC metal ball valve via a 1" fine thread.By unscrewing the hose nozzle, you can of course also screw many other adapters to your metal ball valve.
Our IBC UV cover film provides very good protection against UV radiation for your IBC container and its contents, thus preventing algae formation or other harmful effects. Likewise, weathering can also cause the IBC inner container to become brittle and leak.Suitable for 1000 liter tanks. Thanks to the robust LDPE plastic, the UV cover has a long service life. The cover has cutouts for pallet, lid and valve to allow water extraction as well as filling anyway.
Our IBC overflow tank connector set for connecting two IBC containers side by side, perfect for a simple overflow device. Perfect for a simple overflow device.Extra long and extra strong connection - no comparison to commercial overflow connector sets for rain barrels and IBC containers. The tank grommets are equipped with a seal including lock nut. This means the holes must be set in a flat place that can be reached from the inside. When connecting IBC containers, the hole should be made on the long container side, as this has the shorter distance to the lid opening. At the same time, the location for the hole must be level and the hole itself must be clean and deburred.Drill hole Ø: 33-35 mm | The seal is placed on the outside Scope of delivery:2x 1" tank feedthrough with hose nozzle 1,25" (~32mm)1x 1m / 39.37" hose Spirabel SNT-S inner-Ø 32mm / 1.26"2x Hose clamp W1 25-40mm / 0.98-1.57"
IBC metal ball valve with a rotatable union nut S60x6 (2" / DN50) for connection to an already existing IBC outlet valve. Thanks to the union nut, the assembly is made easier for you, as you can position the position of the IBC ball valve as desired. Likewise, the metal ball valve is more easily accessible due to the now larger distance between the container and the valve.A 0.75" hose nozzle is attached to the valve outlet, which can also be unscrewed to attach other various adaptations. The hose nozzle is screwed to the ball valve via a 1" fine thread.
Our 1" ball valve with anti-rotation protection and a S60x6 coarse thread as tank-side connection for better emptying of the IBC container. The assembly to an already pre-assembled IBC outlet valve or replacement valve is made easier by the freely rotatable union nut and you can position the valve as desired. On the outlet side, the tap has a 1,25" hose nozzle to connect standard hoses to an IBC.The article consists of a PVC ball valve with EPDM gasket and a thread adapter with 1" fine thread (IG) to S60x6 coarse thread and PE foam gasket.
The IBC tank bushings are equipped with a fine thread on both sides - external thread for the possibility of further screw connections. In this way, further inlets/outlets can be created on the IBC container. Please be sure to observe the specified bore diameter - this should always be selected as minimal as possible. In addition, it must be ensured that the respective hole is drilled in a flat / level place on the IBC and that the edges of the drilled hole are cleanly deburred (e.g. with sandpaper). Otherwise leakage may be the result. Our tank bushings AG x AG are available in the following sizes: 0.5" ET0.75" ET 1" ET 1,25" ET1,5" ET 2" ET
With our IBC bulkhead fitting you can realize an additional outlet with a S60x6 coarse thread on your IBC container for further connections, such as hose connections or accessories taps. All you have to do is drill a hole of approx. Ø60mm / 2.36" on a flat spot. On the opposite side there is a 2" fine thread (external thread) including gasket and lock nut.
Our IBC spacer has a S60x6 coarse thread on both sides and a fixed connecting nut on the tank side. The perfect problem solver to extend the outlet of their IBC outlet valve and additionally mount other accessories. The outlet extension is 11cm / 4.33" long.Note: No direct mounting on the IBC inner tank! Always starting from the outlet valve! An attachment between inner container and IBC outlet valve does not withstand this spacer!
Many IBC containers have a camlock valve as outlet valve ex works. These have a 2 1/8" fine thread as outlet and therefore have a slight deviation to the common IBC adapters. Our camlock female coupling with type B is the perfect problem solver if you want to bridge from a camlock valve to the standard coarse thread S60x6. The camlock is sized at 2" and there is a male thread on the outlet side. The female coupling is simply clamped onto a male coupling, no screwing is necessary.
Original replacement valve for WERIT® containers with a profile clamp as a connection to the IBC tank. The difference to other IBC valves: This IBC replacement valve is not screwed onto the container during installation but pressed onto the IBC container using a metal profile clamp / clamping ring. The IBC valve is closed or opened with the help of a sliding valve. On the outlet side, the WERIT® slide valve has an S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread - male thread and allows you to make many other suitable adaptations. The valve is supplied including PCP gasket and profile clamp.
IBC adapter for water tanks to reduce from a standard size S60x6 to a 1" fine internal thread. Robust PE plastic and a PE foam gasket.
IBC tank feedthrough / screw-on sleeve for connecting HT pipes to the IBC container. This feedthrough is perfect for connecting downpipes or tank overflows to the water tank. On the outlet side, the bushing has a HT socket DN50.
With our 2-piece IBC outlet nozzle we guarantee you a quick and easy emptying of their water tank. Thanks to the rotatable union nut made of PE, you can easily screw the outlet nozzle to your IBC tank and align it according to your own wishes. At the outlet there is a hose nozzle of approx. 45mm. The connection to the IBC outlet valve (which is installed ex works) is made via a coarse thread S60x6. Attention: We strongly advise against connecting a hose to the outlet spigot! For the connection of hoses to an IBC tank you should use special hose adapters.
The lid is located on the top of the IBC container and is, along with the valve, one of the most wanted parts. The standard size corresponds to DN150 (diameter of approx. 150mm / 5.91"), which is most often installed in IBC tanks. The IBC lid allows you to refill conveniently and also this screw lid has a vent valve included in the plug. The bung plug is screwed into a 2" fine thread - internal thread. Thanks to the 2" bung opening, of course, many other connections be connected to the IBC tank such as:IBC inletIBC lid filterIBC lid hose connectionIBC overflow
Original IBC lid DN225 from GREIF with a bung plug including vent valve. The lid has a S240x6 coarse thread as connection to the lid opening of the container and a S56x4 thread at the bung opening. Also available in these variants:DN225 - closed in blackDN225 - closed in green
IBC Adapter for HT pipes DN50 - Ideal for full flow! Now work directly with your HT pipe system on the IBC with our new HT adapter for IBC containers. The adapter has the IBC-typical coarse thread S60x6 and is screwed directly onto the existing outlet tap.Continuing on, HT socket pipes can now be conveniently and quickly pushed on.The chamfer at the end of the socket makes it easier to push on the pipe. The length of the nozzle is 10cm - depending on the system, you can of course shorten the HT pipe adapter of the IBC.
For easy and controlled water withdrawal from your IBC container, we recommend an IBC outlet nozzle. This is screwed directly onto the already pre-assembled outlet valve. Thanks to the robust PE plastic, the outlet nozzle remains durable and stable. On both sides, the IBC outlet nozzle has an S100x8 coarse thread (internal thread x external thread). It is angled at 45°.Please note: No hoses should be connected to the outlet nozzle, as they can break quickly due to the weight of the hose and the load of the filling material.
You can flexibly adjust our IBC step hose nozzle according to your requirement. You can cut the 3 stage hose nozzle to a 0.75" or 1" nozzle to increase the flow according to your own needs. For better stability and tightness, we recommend that you also secure the hose with a hose clamp. The stepped hose nozzle has a 1" union nut with internal thread as a tank-side connection and is ideal as a supplement to threaded adapters and tank bushings.
IBC containers that find their primary use in industry are partly equipped with so-called "camlock valves". This quick-change system offers many advantages in production. However, when adapting to the IBC standard thread S60x6, problems often occur. Camlock valves have a short fine thread at the outlet to be closed with a screw cap, e.g. for transport. This fine thread is available in two different sizes, depending on the manufacturer: 2 inch or 2 1/8 inch. The difference is hardly to see and also only clear with exact measuring. This IBC adapter allows a thread change from 2 1/8 inch to the IBC thread S60x6, in order to be able to attach any other screw connections.
IBC replacement screw cap with a 2" fine thread - internal thread as connection to the existing IBC outlet valve. Screw cap means the closure of the outlet valve. For the correct size it is important to measure the already existing screw cap! Thanks to the screw aids, the replacement screw cap can be tightened firmly even with wet hands.

IBC Container Accessories - Outlet Tap & Water Tap
The IBC outlet tap is an indispensable element when using an IBC, because the container is emptied through it. Unlike a barrel or other tank, the container does not need to be turned over in the process: as soon as the tap is turned on, the liquid flows by itself.
Since the drainage tap is subjected to a lot of stress, signs of wear quickly appear on the tap's mechanics and seal. This makes it all the more important to find a suitable replacement quickly. It is crucial that the outlet tap has the correct threads so that the adapter for other connections such as hoses or drinking bowls can be screwed onto the tap.
The connection size of the spigot can always be found in the product information of the container. To regulate the emptying of the container, you can, for example, resort to an IBC ball valve, outlet valve or flap valve. Compared to a flap valve, a ball valve has a higher tightness and is therefore often preferred.
IBC Container Hose Connection
A hose connection is used to transfer the liquid in an IBC tank in a body-friendly position. Alternatively, it can be used for direct irrigation of the garden or field.
The hose is connected to the main tap of the container and the water supply is regulated with the help of a stopcock. With the appropriate IBC tank accessories, it is also possible to connect two containers or more - the sky's the limit.
In addition to the appropriate connecting hoses, clamps, seals and pipe sections are required for a functioning tank connection. The containers can be placed either on top of each other or side by side.
