Our IBC adapter is the optimal problem solver to adapt from a S100x8 coarse thread at the IBC outlet dimension to a 2" fine thread (external thread). Thus you can directly connect further connections with a fine thread.

There are a variety of different IBC containers on the market. Often IBC tanks have an outlet size at the tap of S100x8. Since most adapters have the standard dimension S60x6, it becomes difficult to connect adapters to a larger diameter. To reduce to the standard thread S60x6, this adapter is the perfect problem solver! We always recommend a reduction to the standardized thread S60x6 as long as you do not need a larger flow.

With an IBC butterfly valve, containers in the private as well as in the commercial sector can be emptied quickly and easily. The connection to the tank has a S100x8 (3" / DN80) coarse thread - internal thread. On the outlet side, the valve also has a thread with the dimension S100x8 (3" / DN80). The coarse thread assures you a stable and tight water withdrawal.However, given the large diameter, the IBC butterfly valve is more difficult to operate. Therefore, we recommend to reduce the connection of corresponding tanks, provided that you are not dependent on the dimension S100x8.

For easy and controlled water withdrawal from your IBC container, we recommend an IBC outlet nozzle. This is screwed directly onto the already pre-assembled outlet valve. Thanks to the robust PE plastic, the outlet nozzle remains durable and stable.On both sides, the IBC outlet nozzle has an S100x8 coarse thread (internal thread x external thread). It is angled at 45°.Please note: No hoses should be connected to the outlet nozzle, as they can break quickly due to the weight of the hose and the load of the filling material.

IBC screw cap suitable for IBC outlet valves with outlet size S100x8 (3" / DN80). The coarse thread guarantees you a stable hold. A PE foam gasket is also included. The screw aids on the top of the cap prevent slipping when tightening to the IBC.

IBC design cover with printed wood pattern for an attractive design and a safe protection against UV radiation. With our design covers made of PVC/PE with 400g/m² you prevent unnecessary algae formation in the filling material as well as clouding and embrittlement of your IBC tank. The velcro fastener on the front still allows access to the outlet valve. No opening is pre-cut for the lid of the IBC container. Please clean only with a damp cloth! Do not use any cleaning agent!Due to its size, the cover is packed folded and this may cause small breaks in the printed image. However, these are only visible from a short distance.
