Our IBC adapter is the optimal problem solver to adapt from a S100x8 coarse thread at the IBC outlet dimension to a 2" fine thread (external thread). Thus you can directly connect further connections with a fine thread.
There are a variety of different IBC containers on the market. Often IBC tanks have an outlet size at the tap of S100x8. Since most adapters have the standard dimension S60x6, it becomes difficult to connect adapters to a larger diameter. To reduce to the standard thread S60x6, this adapter is the perfect problem solver! We always recommend a reduction to the standardized thread S60x6 as long as you do not need a larger flow.
For easy and controlled water withdrawal from your IBC container, we recommend an IBC outlet nozzle. This is screwed directly onto the already pre-assembled outlet valve. Thanks to the robust PE plastic, the outlet nozzle remains durable and stable.On both sides, the IBC outlet nozzle has an S100x8 coarse thread (internal thread x external thread). It is angled at 45°.Please note: No hoses should be connected to the outlet nozzle, as they can break quickly due to the weight of the hose and the load of the filling material.
IBC screw cap suitable for IBC outlet valves with outlet size S100x8 (3" / DN80). The coarse thread guarantees you a stable hold. A PE foam gasket is also included. The screw aids on the top of the cap prevent slipping when tightening to the IBC.
