Original replacement valve for WERIT® containers with a profile clamp as a connection to the IBC tank.The difference to other IBC valves: This IBC replacement valve is not screwed onto the container during installation but pressed onto the IBC container using a metal profile clamp / clamping ring. The IBC valve is closed or opened with the help of a sliding valve.On the outlet side, the WERIT® slide valve has an S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread - male thread and allows you to make many other suitable adaptations. The valve is supplied including PCP gasket and profile clamp.
A ball valve has a perforated ball as a shut-off body and is therefore much more resilient and has a higher tightness than a butterfly valve.Thanks to the rotatable aluminum union nut, the assembly to the IBC tank is simplified and this also ensures a correct and straight alignment of the IBC ball valve. In addition, the union nut is very robust against corrosion and other external influences.On both sides the IBC ball valve has a S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread. Due to the standard dimension at the outlet of the valve, you are assured of many other connections.
IBC ball valves are ideally suited for both residential and commercial applications. This ball valve has a S75x6 internal thread (union nut) on a S60x6 external thread (outlet).The installed ball as a shut-off body makes the ball valve particularly resilient and ensures a high level of tightness.The movable union nut made of aluminum facilitates the installation on your IBC tank, since the ball valve does not have to be turned.
The connecting nut has a dimension of 62mm / 2.44" without thread and of approx. 55mm / 2.17" with thread. On both sides the valve has a S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread.The outlet of the IBC butterfly valve also has the standard dimension S60x6 and thus allows many other IBC connections. In our online store you will of course find numerous other accessories compatible with the outlet dimension S60x6 (2" / DN50). Screwing the butterfly valve to your IBC tank is very easy due to the stable coarse thread and assures you a tight flow.Our IBC flap valve is made of sturdy PE and guarantees you a long service life.
Our ball valve with the rotatable union nut size S80x6 (2" / DN50) is compatible with many IBC containers, but especially for the so-called "repaltainer". Due to the built-in ball, which serves as a shut-off body, you are guaranteed a high tightness and you can remove the liquid from your IBC tank without any worries. With a rotatable union nut you are spared a complicated assembly and in addition the material aluminum protects against corrosion. The valve itself is made of PE. Thanks to the outlet size of S60x6, you can easily connect other adapters and connections.
With an IBC butterfly valve, containers in the private as well as in the commercial sector can be emptied quickly and easily. The connection to the tank has a S100x8 (3" / DN80) coarse thread - internal thread. On the outlet side, the valve also has a thread with the dimension S100x8 (3" / DN80). The coarse thread assures you a stable and tight water withdrawal.However, given the large diameter, the IBC butterfly valve is more difficult to operate. Therefore, we recommend to reduce the connection of corresponding tanks, provided that you are not dependent on the dimension S100x8.
With our butterfly valve you can easily and conveniently remove the liquid from your IBC tank. You only need to connect the connection nut with a dimension of 75mm / 2.95" to the IBC container, which also has a connection of 75mm / 2.95". At the outlet, the IBC butterfly valve has the standard dimension S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread - external thread, this allows you to connect many other adapters and connectors. Thanks to the sturdy PE, you are guaranteed a long service life.

The so-called camlock system is a quick-change system and is becoming more and more common in commercial use. Many IBC containers are already equipped ex works with an IBC camlock valve with male coupling as outlet. This allows you to clamp on a camlock nut coupling directly without any additional adapters.The S75x6 aluminum coupling nut facilitates the installation on your IBC container and is also resistant to corrosion. At the outlet, the valve has a camlock male coupling with a 2 1/8" fine thread.
