A ball valve has a perforated ball as a shut-off body and is therefore much more resilient and has a higher tightness than a butterfly valve.
Thanks to the rotatable aluminum union nut, the assembly to the IBC tank is simplified and this also ensures a correct and straight alignment of the IBC ball valve. In addition, the union nut is very robust against corrosion and other external influences.
On both sides the IBC ball valve has a S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread. Due to the standard dimension at the outlet of the valve, you are assured of many other connections.
