IBC adapter with 2" fine thread ET - connection S100x8 / 100mm / 3.94"

Our IBC spacer has a S60x6 coarse thread on both sides and a fixed connecting nut on the tank side. The perfect problem solver to extend the outlet of their IBC outlet valve and additionally mount other accessories. The outlet extension is 11cm / 4.33" long.Note: No direct mounting on the IBC inner tank! Always starting from the outlet valve! An attachment between inner container and IBC outlet valve does not withstand this spacer! 

Our IBC spacer is made of very thick-walled HDPE solid material and is therefore very resistant and stable. The HDPE plastic with a wall thickness of 16mm / 0.63" allows direct mounting of the IBC outlet extension to the inner container. You can also screw the spacer directly to the IBC outlet valve. On the outlet side and tank side, the extension has a coarse thread S60x6 (internal thread x external thread). 

With our 2-piece IBC outlet nozzle we guarantee you a quick and easy emptying of their water tank. Thanks to the rotatable union nut made of PE, you can easily screw the outlet nozzle to your IBC tank and align it according to your own wishes.At the outlet there is a hose nozzle of approx. 45mm. The connection to the IBC outlet valve (which is installed ex works) is made via a coarse thread S60x6. Attention: We strongly advise against connecting a hose to the outlet spigot! For the connection of hoses to an IBC tank you should use special hose adapters.

IBC thread adapter made of PP plastic and with a PE foam gasket is ideally suited to reduce from a common S60x6 coarse thread to a 0.75" fine thread. The professional version with a freely rotatable union nut (anti-twist protection) facilitates the assembly enormously.

The most common thread of the IBC outlet valves on the outlet side is the S60x6 (2" / DN50) coarse thread - external thread. For further connections, our IBC thread adapter is ideally suited, which has the same S60x6 coarse thread - internal thread as a connection to the IBC outlet valve. On the outlet side, the adapter has a G1" fine thread. This external thread is ideal for screwing on other accessories and adapters.The 1" fine thread offers stable hold and sufficient flow for standard plug-in couplings / click systems, claw couplings, pipe connections and much more. In case of sealing problems in connection with other adapters or connections, it is recommended to additionally seal the fine thread with PTFE tape or hemp. So if you want to remain flexible with the connection options to the IBC container and do not insist on ready-made IBC hose adapters, for example, the G1" IBC adapter is the best choice. The change of the respective connections is done by simply unscrewing and screwing on the firmly screwed IBC adapter, which remains fixed to the tap itself.

For a large flow rate and at the same time controlled withdrawal from the IBC tank, our IBC outlet nozzle is ideally suited. The outlet nozzle is angled at 45° and is mounted directly on the already screwed IBC outlet valve. It has as connection dimension a coarse thread - internal thread S60x6 and on the outlet side it has a coarse thread - external thread S60x6. Attention: Please do not connect hoses to our outlet nozzles. Due to the weight of the hoses and the load of the filling material, it can break quickly.

The camlock system (quick-change system) is highly regarded in both the residential and commercial sectors.You do not have a camlock connection on your IBC tank? Then this adapter is the perfect problem solver! Our adapter with a camlock male coupling has the standard dimension S60x6 as connection to the valve for almost all common IBC containers. With the male coupling as an outlet, you can easily clamp on a camlock female coupling with the help of two levers.
