Our IBC stainless steel adapter with a 1" fine thread (external thread) on the outlet side and a S60x6 union nut (groove nut) as connection to the tank. The stainless steel accessory is made of high quality stainless steel 1.4404 and has an EPDM gasket (FDA compliant) ex works. This gasket can be replaced with the aid of locking pliers. Due to the milled holes, the union nut can be tightened by hand without any problems. The stainless steel is basically suitable for use in the food sector, however, the suitability and compatibility test should be carried out by the customer.

Thanks to the rotating groove nut, the IBC stainless steel adapter including outgoing connections can be unscrewed easily. The groove nut contains milled grooves so that you do not slip off with your hand when screwing on / unscrewing the adapter.

The IBC adapter is made of stainless steel 1.4404 and has a factory EPDM gasket (FDA compliant), which can also be easily replaced with the help of a locking pliers (also available in our store!). The assembly to the IBC container is very simple thanks to the existing union nut, as it prevents unnecessary turning / dismantling of the hose.
