We always recommend venting IBC containers! But especially when IBC tanks are stacked and connected by a tank connection set, venting of the container below is advisable. But why do I need a vent for stacked IBC tanks? - We enlighten you!1. If you stack several IBC tanks and connect them with each other, the lid of the IBC below must in any case be sealed water- or air-tight! If this is not the case, as soon as the maximum filling level has been reached, the water will leak through the lid at the top of the IBC. This case also occurs with vented lids, since water can escape from the vent as well as air.2. If the lid on the IBC container is now closed watertight or airtight, the air is consequently held in the IBC inner container and a counterpressure is formed to the inflowing water. When the two stacked IBC tanks are connected to each other via the valves attached to the tap, the inflowing water prevents the air from escaping from the tank connection. As the process continues, the internal pressure of the air bubble of the lower IBC container becomes at least as great as the water pressure of the inflowing water. Therefore no more water can flow in afterwards and the lower tank can be damaged. The solution: Our tank venting set!You mount a tank feedthrough at the top of the lower IBC container and connect a vent hose to it with the help of a cable tie. You attach the hose to the upper IBC tank (see illustration!). By mounting the venting hose, the air can escape first. If the maximum filling level is now reached in the lower IBC container, the water in the hose starts to rise. Thus, you can fill both IBC tanks to the maximum without any problems.Scope of delivery:1x 2m hose 0,75" (~20mm)1x 90° tank bushing with hose nozzle 0,75" (~20mm), gasket and 0,75" lock nut2x cable tie
Our IBC overflow tank connector set for connecting two IBC containers side by side, perfect for a simple overflow device. Perfect for a simple overflow device.Extra long and extra strong connection - no comparison to commercial overflow connector sets for rain barrels and IBC containers. The tank grommets are equipped with a seal including lock nut. This means the holes must be set in a flat place that can be reached from the inside. When connecting IBC containers, the hole should be made on the long container side, as this has the shorter distance to the lid opening. At the same time, the location for the hole must be level and the hole itself must be clean and deburred.Drill hole Ø: 33-35 mm | The seal is placed on the outside Scope of delivery:2x 1" tank feedthrough with hose nozzle 1,25" (~32mm)1x 1m / 39.37" hose Spirabel SNT-S inner-Ø 32mm / 1.26"2x Hose clamp W1 25-40mm / 0.98-1.57"
Our IBC tank connection quick guarantees you, as the name suggests, a quick and uncomplicated assembly on the IBC tank - without tools! The tanks are connected with a stable clamp connection (patented process). The prerequisite for this is that the IBC containers stand next to each other, not stacked! You can screw the set together as a whole and then mount it to the IBC outlet valve. Thanks to the rotatable union nut (anti-twist protection), no turning of the hose is necessary. Of course, you can easily shorten the hose with a cutter knife if the IBCs are placed directly next to each other. Please note: The containers must stand next to each other, not stacked! If you want to stack the IBC tanks, you need a vent for the IBC container below. At the outlet there is a valve with a stepped 1.25" / 1" / 0.75" hose nozzle for controlled withdrawal and connection of a hose with the size of your choice.Scope of delivery:2x adapter S60x6 to 1" fine thread AG1x Fitting t-piece with 1" IT - anti-twist protection1x 1,2 m hose DN251x tap with stepped hose nozzle 1,25" / 1" / 0,75" 1x hose adapter 1" - straight1x hose adapter 1" - 90° with anti-twist protection
You want to connect a total of three IBC containers? Then this IBC tank extension is perfect for you. Thanks to a tool-free assembly, you are very fast in the assembly of three IBC tanks with this set.Prerequisite for this set is the basic module TVS25Q2 (connection of two IBC tanks). Please note: The containers must stand next to each other, not stacked! If you want to stack the IBC tanks, you need a vent for the IBC container below. The hose with a length of 1.2 m / 47.24" can of course be shortened with the help of a cutter knife or garden shears, if the containers stand directly next to each other. The three IBC containers are connected by means of a stable, patented clamp connection. You can completely screw the set together in advance and then mount it to the tanks. Thanks to the rotatable union nut, no turning of the hose is necessary.Scope of delivery:1x Adapter S60x6 to 1" fine thread AG1x Fitting t-piece with 1" IT - anti-twist protection1x 1.2 m / 47.24" hose DN252x Hose adapter 1" - straight
Our standard tank connection set for connecting two IBC containers. The IBC tanks must stand next to each other and should not be stacked. The connection to the IBC valve is made via a hose adapter with coarse thread S60x6 and a more rotatable union nut (anti-twist protection) for uncomplicated assembly. The anti-twist protection allows you to screw the set together as a whole in advance and then mount it to the IBC valve. The hose does not have to be turned! On the outlet side, a small valve with 0.5" plug-in coupling is attached for a controlled liquid withdrawal.Scope of delivery:2x IBC hose connector with 1" hose nozzle - union nut S60x6 / 62mm / 2.44"1x T-piece stepped DN50-DN251x IBC small valve with 0.5" plug-in coupling - connection S60x6 / 62mm / 2.44"1x 2m hose DN256x Hose clampsSet is delivered WITHOUT pictured IBC containers.
Our basic module DN40 of the tank connector set is ideally suited to connect two IBC containers standing next to each other. Both in the private and commercial sector, large quantities of reserves are necessary. With our set DN40 you can easily double the stored goods.
