IBC tap leaking? No problem!
We supply our IBC containers with a replaceable IBC valve DN50 as standard. this means you can replace the tap at any time if necessary, which saves resources and makes the tanks much more sustainable. On the outlet side, the outlet tap has a standard IBC thread S60x6 ET. This ensures maximum compatibility with most IBC connections, adapters and piping.IBC lid too small for a pump? Not with us!
Our new IBC containers are all supplied as standard with the larger DN225mm lid size - a significant advantage over the industry standard DN150mm. Thus pumps, IBC agitators, measuring units etc. can be easily placed in the container.The IBC lid also has a ventilation plug, which is screwed in via an S56x4 thread. This prevents deformation of the IBC during filling or emptying. By removing the bung, appropriate pumps and suction lances (CDS systems) can be screwed into the lid, for example.
GREIF GCUBE** IBC are among the most stable containers on the market! The IBC mesh box / mesh basket consists of square steel tubes and is braced longitudinally and transversely on top of each other, which brings a significant plus in stability.

Our IBC spacer is made of very thick-walled HDPE solid material and is therefore very resistant and stable. The HDPE plastic with a wall thickness of 16mm / 0.63" allows direct mounting of the IBC outlet extension to the inner container. You can also screw the spacer directly to the IBC outlet valve. On the outlet side and tank side, the extension has a coarse thread S60x6 (internal thread x external thread).
IBC ball valve made of metal with a fixed connection nut S60x6 (2" / DN50) for connection to corresponding IBC taps.At the outlet of the metal ball valve is a 0.75" (approx. 19-20mm / 0.75-0.79") hose nozzle, which can also be removed if desired. The supplied hose nozzle is screwed to the IBC metal ball valve via a 1" fine thread.By unscrewing the hose nozzle, you can of course also screw many other adapters to your metal ball valve.
With our 2-piece IBC outlet nozzle we guarantee you a quick and easy emptying of their water tank. Thanks to the rotatable union nut made of PE, you can easily screw the outlet nozzle to your IBC tank and align it according to your own wishes.At the outlet there is a hose nozzle of approx. 45mm. The connection to the IBC outlet valve (which is installed ex works) is made via a coarse thread S60x6. Attention: We strongly advise against connecting a hose to the outlet spigot! For the connection of hoses to an IBC tank you should use special hose adapters.

Our IBC screw cap serves as a closure of the outlet valve. The standard variant is one-piece and has a PE foam as a gasket. As a connection to the IBC valve, the replacement screw cap has the standard dimension S60x6 and assures you a firm hold thanks to the coarse thread. The externally mounted screw aids prevent slipping when screwing on the screw cap despite wet hands.
The small valve with a standard plug-in coupling as an outlet is ideal as an additional stopcock for IBC containers.Thanks to the fine adjustment by the lever handle, the tap guarantees you a controlled and smooth water withdrawal from your IBC tank. This small tap is also perfect for filling buckets, canisters and watering cans. This IBC tap is not suitable for use with pumps.This tap is not screwed directly to the IBC inner tank, but to an already existing IBC outlet tap (see category replacement tap). The outlet valve / replacement valve is already mounted on the IBC ex works.
Our IBC spacer has a S60x6 coarse thread on both sides and a fixed connecting nut on the tank side. The perfect problem solver to extend the outlet of their IBC outlet valve and additionally mount other accessories. The outlet extension is 11cm / 4.33" long.Note: No direct mounting on the IBC inner tank! Always starting from the outlet valve! An attachment between inner container and IBC outlet valve does not withstand this spacer!
Our spacer is also available in the pro version with a freely rotatable union nut for convenient mounting. Thanks to the anti-rotation protection (union nut), you can bring the extension incl. continuing adapter in the desired position, avoid slanted connections and the adapter does not have to be overtightened. On both sides, the outlet extension has a S60x6 coarse thread (internal thread x external thread).
Our printed IBC design cover visually enhances your IBC tank while protecting the contents from algae build-up and preventing cloudiness and brittleness of the IBC inner tank. There is a full length velcro closure on the front to allow continued access to the IBC valve. There is no pre-cut opening for the lid on the top. However, this can be cut out independently.The cover is folded for shipping and there may be some small breaks in the printed image, but these are only noticeable from a very short distance.
