IBC containers often have a so-called camlock valve as the IBC outlet valve. Camlock valves differ in that they have a 2.125" (2 1/8") fine thread as an outlet.When mounting a standard 2" fine thread adapter to a camlock valve, problems often occur despite the small difference in size of the fine thread. This IBC adapter made of HDPE plastic is the problem solver and is specially designed for Camlock valves.
Many IBC containers have a camlock valve as outlet valve ex works. These have a 2 1/8" fine thread as outlet and therefore have a slight deviation to the common IBC adapters.Our camlock female coupling with type B is the perfect problem solver if you want to bridge from a camlock valve to the standard coarse thread S60x6. The camlock is sized at 2" and there is a male thread on the outlet side. The female coupling is simply clamped onto a male coupling, no screwing is necessary.
The camlock system is perfect for making a quick and secure connection, whether for private or commercial use. The female coupling type B always has an external thread on the outlet side. The connection to a male coupling is only made by two clamps for tightening. The camlock socket as well as the fine thread are each dimensioned with 2". This adapter is also the perfect problem solver when it comes to thread problems on the IBC camlock valve.
