Our IBC stainless steel adapter with a 1" fine thread (external thread) on the outlet side and a S60x6 union nut (groove nut) as connection to the tank. The stainless steel accessory is made of high quality stainless steel 1.4404 and has an EPDM gasket (FDA compliant) ex works. This gasket can be replaced with the aid of locking pliers. Due to the milled holes, the union nut can be tightened by hand without any problems. The stainless steel is basically suitable for use in the food sector, however, the suitability and compatibility test should be carried out by the customer.
Our stainless steel adapter with a groove nut (union nut) as connection to the IBC container and a 2" fine thread as outlet for further connections. Thanks to the rotating groove nut, the IBC stainless steel adapter including outgoing connections can be unscrewed easily. The groove nut contains milled grooves so that you do not slip off with your hand when screwing on / unscrewing the adapter.
Stainless steel IBC hose adapter with a S60x6 groove nut (union nut) and a 0.75" hose nozzle as outlet for connecting hoses to your IBC container. The stainless steel 1.4404 is a non-rusting steel and is basically suitable for the food industry, but the usage situation should be re-evaluated by the customer.The EPDM gasket can be replaced with locking pliers, you can also get them in our store.Thanks to the milling on the groove nut, you can easily tighten the hose adaper by hand.
IBC stainless steel adapter for an uncomplicated connection of hoses to your IBC tank. The hose adapter has a S60x6 groove nut as tank-side connection and a 1" hose nozzle as outlet. The IBC adapter is made of stainless steel 1.4404 and has a factory EPDM gasket (FDA compliant), which can also be easily replaced with the help of a locking pliers (also available in our store!). The assembly to the IBC container is very simple thanks to the existing union nut, as it prevents unnecessary turning / dismantling of the hose.
For the connection of hoses to an IBC container, our stainless steel hose adapters are ideal! They have as outlet a 2" hose nozzle (~50mm) and for the connection to the IBC outlet tap a groove nut with S60x6 coarse thread. The IBC adapter is made of stainless steel 1.4404 and has an EDPM gasket (FDA compliant). For assembly / disassembly you do not need to remove the hose! Thanks to the groove nut (union nut) you save an unnecessary turning of the hose.
