NON-TORSION technology prevents the hose from taking an unwanted shape. For example, when the hose is rolled up on a hose reel and after a long time it assumes this roundness as a natural shape. Thanks to the multi-layer structure, the PVC hose remains dimensionally stable and also offers high resistance to kinking and bending.

Whether for the do-it-yourselfer or for commercial areas such as horticulture or water technology, the claw coupling offer many possible applications. The claw coupling made of brass with a 0.5" fine thread - internal thread is ideal as a connection for example a valve.
The claw coupling with a 0.75" fine thread - internal thread is ideally suited, for example, as a connection to a water tap and for the continuing connection with a hose. The material brass guarantees you a long service life and high stability.
Our claw coupling with a 1" internal thread (fine thread) is ideally suited for connecting other connections or hoses with a claw coupling and a 1" thread. The claw coupling is made of brass.
You can flexibly adjust our IBC step hose nozzle according to your requirement. You can cut the 3 stage hose nozzle to a 0.75" or 1" nozzle to increase the flow according to your own needs. For better stability and tightness, we recommend that you also secure the hose with a hose clamp. The stepped hose nozzle has a 1" union nut with internal thread as a tank-side connection and is ideal as a supplement to threaded adapters and tank bushings.
Our hose clamps are available in sets of 5, are made of galvanized steel (type W1). For a good stability and tightness when connecting, for example, a smooth-walled hose with a hose nozzle / hose adapter provides the hose clamp. The clamping range is between 25-40mm / 0.98-1.57". When tightening the clamp, the inner diameter becomes smaller and thus the hose is sealed with the respective hose adapter. The bandwidth is 9mm / 0.35".
Hose clamps in a 5-pack with a clamping range of 40-60mm / 1.57-2.36" and a 9mm / 0.35" bandwidth.When connecting a hose to a hose adapter, we recommend that you always additionally attach a hose clamp. This will give you a stable and reliable hold as well as a guaranteed tightness of the connection.

Wir empfehlen die Verwendung einer Schlauchschelle zu sicheren fixierung des Schlauches an der Schlauchtülle. Durch die vorhandenen Einkerbungen an der Tülle, lassen sich diese auf den gewünschten Tüllendurchmesser kürzen. Das Kürzen sollte mit einer feinen Säge, z.B. mit einer Metallsäge, erfolgen Im Anschluss sollte der enstandene Abrieb glatt geschliffen werden.
