Pneumatic Drum Mixer for Mobile Mixing Applications

This pneumatic drum mixer is designed for mixing low-viscosity liquids directly inside closed 200 litre drums. Powered by compressed air, it is ideal for industrial environments where pneumatic equipment is preferred. Installation is carried out through the standard 2" drum bung opening, allowing the mixer to be transferred quickly between drums.

The dual folding propellers pass through the bung opening in their folded position before opening automatically inside the drum. This design enables efficient mixing while maintaining a closed container and avoiding modifications to the drum.

The mixer is supplied with an air service unit and a silencer for reliable day-to-day operation. The air service unit prepares and lubricates the compressed air supply, helping to maximise the service life of the air motor, while the silencer reduces operating noise and improves working conditions.
