ATEX Industrial Geared IBC Mixer with Variable Frequency Drive for Demanding Process Applications

This ATEX industrial geared IBC mixer combines a robust gear drive with an integrated variable frequency drive and has been developed for demanding mixing, homogenising, recirculation and solids suspension processes. Continuously variable speed control allows precise adaptation to different liquids, viscosities and process requirements while ensuring consistent process performance in industrial production environments.

The mixing system combines a folding propeller with an additional bottom agitator. While the folding propeller generates the primary circulation throughout the IBC container, the lower agitator improves mixing performance near the container base. This helps minimise sedimentation, keep solids uniformly suspended and maintain consistent product quality throughout the entire container.
