ATEX Industrial Geared IBC Mixer for Demanding Mixing Processes in Hazardous Areas

This ATEX industrial geared IBC mixer has been developed for demanding mixing, homogenising and recirculation processes involving liquids with viscosities up to 2,000 mPas. Its high-torque gear drive delivers reliable performance at low operating speeds, making it ideal for continuous industrial processing. The robust bridge mounting system ensures secure installation on standard IBC containers and dependable long-term operation in hazardous environments.

The mixing system combines a folding propeller with an additional bottom agitator. While the folding propeller generates the primary flow throughout the container, the lower agitator improves circulation near the container base. This helps minimise sedimentation, maintain a uniform product composition and ensure consistent product quality throughout storage and production.
