1000 L Silicone IBC Base Heater Mat 2700 W with Digital Thermostat 0–150 °C | 230 V Schuko
€1,307.81
Product information
This silicone IBC heater mat is designed for controlled heating and temperature maintenance of standard 1000 litre IBC containers. Heat is transferred directly through the base of the container, making it particularly suitable for applications where materials require additional heat from below. The integrated digital thermostat provides precise temperature control up to 150 °C.
Product Benefits
- Direct heat transfer through the base of the IBC container
- 2700 W heating output for demanding industrial applications
- Digital thermostat with temperature control from 0 to 150 °C
- Suitable for controlled heating and temperature maintenance
- Supports heating of high-viscosity and settling materials
- Robust silicone construction for industrial use
- Ideal in combination with an IBC heater jacket and insulated IBC lid
Typical Applications
- Resins
- Waxes and paraffins
- Adhesives
- Oils and lubricants
- Chemicals and industrial process media
- Temperature-sensitive manufacturing processes
Product Description
Many industrial materials become increasingly viscous or begin to settle near the bottom of the container. The silicone heater mat transfers heat directly through the container base, supporting efficient heat input where it is often most beneficial. This can improve product flow and contribute to more stable processing conditions.
With a temperature range up to 150 °C, the heater mat is suitable for controlled industrial heating applications requiring higher process temperatures. For optimum thermal performance, it can be combined with a matching IBC heater jacket and insulated IBC lid to achieve more uniform temperature distribution and reduce heat loss.
Important!
- Before use, check the manufacturer’s specifications regarding the maximum media temperature for the respective container (IBC, drum, canister, etc.).
- All temperatures listed are for guidance only.
- The temperatures that can be achieved depend on many variables, such as the ambient temperature, the supply voltage, the medium, the drum material, the drum size, whether an agitator is used, and much more.
- The heating element must only be operated on filled containers! DO NOT under any circumstances perform a “dry test.” This could damage the container or even cause it to melt.
- The heating element must be operated at a connection equipped with a properly rated residual current device (RCD) and circuit breaker.
- Be sure to read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the product and the manual for the proper operation of the heating element.
